File names must always begin with a valid two-letter abbreviation denoting the ministry that the file belongs to.

Ex. The abbreviation "EN" refers to the Ministry of Energy.

 TR (Transportation)

The date of the file is the date of when the file is being uploaded. It should always be today's date in the following format:

All files must have a file extension.
